My dear sweet momma passed away in November. We were selling her home. The overwhelming heartache of my loss and time got the best of me on the day of closing. I felt defeated. Best decision I’ve made by using them. I was quoted a price by what they estimated it would be and even though after they got it all loaded it would have been a little more than what they quoted, they charged me the quoted amount because they won’t ever charge more than a quoted amount, that’s their policy. They cleaned the area up so nice too.

I never leave reviews, but this company just really stood out. Nice customer service, the haulers were friendly and great conversationalist. Ill make clear that it was just a little pick up and go, but after the way the city treated the situation, any company could have taken advantage. BUT they made sure to offer me the cheapest option twice, over the phone and in person. Ended up costing me less to have it picked up than for me do the work. Also, they were early and called to make sure I was around before showing up. I’m sure there’s a lot more greatness throughout that company and I hope to do bigger projects in the future and Im happy to know I got clean up covered. Thank you!

We got three estimates and Go Big Blue was the lowest and also the most complete. We met with the company owner at the site of our tenant house that the tenant had vacated leaving the worst mess I had ever seen. The owner toured the house and asked some questions that we had not considered. When we gave the go ahead, the Go Big Blue team arrived when they said they would and worked “like they were killing snakes”. They were professional, courteous, and honest. They even turned over to us some pocket knives that they found in a drawer. Their final bill was exactly as estimated. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is our 2nd time using these guys. They are the best from dealing with Tyler in the office to the gentlemen who show up at the house. They are always friendly, courteous, polite and hard working. Each time we have had a LOT of stuff everything from household junk and landscape debris to literal trash… we have a couple more clean outs and renovation projects scheduled and will be calling them again when it’s time. It saves me the hassle of renting a roll off, hiring extra labor, paying disposal fees… plus we are supporting a local company! Win around!!

They arrived on time and finished a rather large job much quicker than I expected, despite the weather. The overall total matched the quote. They even came back out, early Saturday morning, to put down grass seed and straw in the parts of the yard that got torn up during the removal and removal of the semi-collapsed garage. Definitely recommend. These guys were able to get to me very quickly after my initial call. They arrived 10 minutes before they said they would. They worked very quickly and were very professional. My price raised a little more than quoted but to be honest, I had a lot more to put in the truck than I first thought and they worked with me on that increase. It was still very reasonable. Can’t go wrong with these guys. I would definitely use them again. A++

We had such a great experience with Go Big Blue junk removal we wish we could give them 10 stars. We experienced a leak in our basement which required a partial basement cleanout so that the plumber can do his job. It felt like an overwhelming task! From the moment I spoke with Tyler, he put me at ease. Can’t say enough about their professionalism, their hard work ethic, and their honesty. These guys were great. I called to get my hot tub moved from the garage to the backyard. I knew it was going to be a difficult task because our houses are pretty close together. They were able to get it to the back gate, but the fences were to close together. They suggested they take a piece of my fence off, which I agreed with. They took it off and after they got the spa placed they actually put my fence back on! Tyler was so respectful. I definitely will call them again for any moving needs 😁

Due to a storm our trampoline blew away and was broken. I called this company first thing that morning and they were there by the afternoon to get it. It took them less than 10 minutes to retrieve and disassemble the trampoline. They were extremely kind and professional. I would recommend them. I called College Hunks hauling junk but they require an estimate and it would have been several days. These guys come right away! I will use them again!

Fantastic service. Slighty more expensive then renting a roll off dumpster..but worth every penny. I used them for clearing out junk and trash from a renovation and preparing to sell. Both times they were able to haul everything and even swept the driveway. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish this new local company has exceeded all my expectations and then some! Starting with Tyler, who answered the phone with knowledge and professionalism. I quickly got scheduled for a free estimate the next day to which I then met Brian and Jeremy.
